Abstracts must be submitted online via the abstract submission module on the congress website. Submissions sent via mail, fax, e-mail, or any other method will not be considered for evaluation.
Abstracts should be prepared in English.
Accepted abstracts will be presented orally.
All responsibility regarding the submitted abstracts (e.g., obtaining ethical approval for research articles, accurate citation of sources, etc.) lies with the authors.
Abstracts submitted to the congress must not have been previously presented at another congress.
Submissions may be in the form of original research articles, systematic reviews, scoping reviews, meta-analyses, overviews, and case reports.
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and at least two independent reviewers. The final decision on acceptance will be made by the Scientific Committee through a blind peer-review process.
To present an accepted abstract, the presenting author must register for the congress.
Each author may serve as the presenting author for a maximum of two abstracts.
The deadline for abstract submission is August 20, 2025 at 23:59:59.
Notification of abstract evaluation will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the submission process.
Accepted and presented abstracts will be published in the abstract book after the completion of the congress.
Abstracts will be prepared in English.
Abstracts should contain a maximum of 300 words (excluding title, author names, institutional information and keywords).
Abbreviations should not be used in abstracts.
Abstracts should include at least 3 and at most 5 keywords. Keywords should be written in accordance with Medical Subject Headings.
Abstracts should not include tables, figures and references.
The text of the paper should be written in Microsoft Word program, in A4 size, with margins of 2.5 cm, in Times New Roman font, with 1.5 line spacing, in 12 pt. font, and there should be no spaces before and after the paragraph.
Abstracts should be structured. Research articles, systematic reviews, scoping reviews and meta-analyses should include Introduction and Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords. Overviews should include Introduction and Aim, Conclusion and Keywords. Case reports should include Introduction and Aim, Case Presentation, Discussion, Conclusion and Keywords.
