This letter is intended solely for facilitating permissions from the participant’s affiliated institution and does not imply financial support or any other commitment by the organizers.
Abstract Submission
All abstracts must be submitted online via the abstract submission system available at www.hegk2025.com.
Presentation Submission Services
All speakers are kindly requested to submit their presentations to the Speaker Ready Room at the congress center at least one hour before their scheduled session.
To avoid any technical issues during presentations, it is highly recommended that all presentations be reviewed with authorized staff in advance.
Name Badge
All participants are kindly requested to wear their name badges at all times during the scientific and social sessions held from September 17 to 19, 2025, for security reasons.
Exhibition Area
An exhibition area featuring pharmaceutical companies, medical and cosmetic firms, and publishing houses will be open throughout the congress dates, September 17–19, 2025.
